We realize that not everyone will eat 3 meals per day, so the rooms and the meals are priced separately. When you come to registration when you first arrive, you will be given your meal tickets for the meals that you have purchased. You will need to present your meal tickets while going through the line for each meal. When sending in your registration, be sure and list what meals you will be planning to have each day.
There are several new restaurants that have opened their doors, so if you decide not to dine in with us, you will be able to choose from one of the nearby places.
Make your reservations early!
One of the great things about our event and show site is that everyone can stay on-site, at the conference center's own motel rooms. All events are held indoors, including grooming, in a very large air-conditioned auditorium. The building will be open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm every night, to give everyone the opportunity to groom, feed, water, and exercise their dogs before turning in. While no dogs are allowed in the motel rooms, the dogs will be safe and sound, in this nice cool, secure building.
For those guests who do not feel comfortable leaving their collies in the secured auditorium, there is a Holiday Inn Express which does allow pets in the rooms one block up the highway from the conference center. The phone number to this hotel is 205-668-3641.
